Nana, Papa Tasty, Ali & Evie: Grandparents shoot

Sandy. Your babies are beautiful. Not only are they beautiful, they’ve got a lot of love surrounding them that makes my heart smile. I played soccer with Sandy growing up and I haven’t seen her in 8 years. To say a lot has changed in 8 years might be the understatement of the century. She is currently living in Germany, while her husband is fighting for our Country. Sandy got to come back to the States for a quick trip to visit friends and family. While here, she surprised Evie & Ali’s Grandparents with a photo-shoot for the Holidays.

Nana & Papa Tasty (the girls couldn’t say Stacey so he is now known as Papa Tasty!) brought the girls downtown Midland for some memories. I talked Fantasy Football with Papa Tasty while Sandy and Nana tried to get that head band on Evie. I laughed a lot and I usually do when I get to meet little kids with their family. I just happened to laugh even more on this shoot!

Sandy your bravery and strength is nothing but admired from me. After speaking with you for just a little bit, I was reminded on just how hard other people have it. Going a year without being with your husband and raising two little girls will forever shut me up on any complaints I have of my own. Thank you for choosing me to capture a few photos for your family and thank you for being an Army Wife.

Meet Nana, Papa Tasty, Ali & Evie: A Headband that Wont Stay On, an Army Family & Back to Germany They Go.

OMG! What gorgeous pictures of my grandchildren, with all the drama of children and melt-downs! More than that, I was so impressed with your professionalism. Even more than that, I have seen you mature and grow into a beautiful woman, inside and out! Thank you for making this a fun event….Nana
