HAPPY HOLIDAYS From My Family

Another year has passed and there is so much to be thankful for! This was the first time that we spent Thanksgiving at my parents new home in Boerne. Now… if you know anything about my mother, at least know this: she doesn’t do anything small. You tell her we’re going to have a few people over after school, she makes a five course meal. What did she do this Thanksgiving? Again… outdid herself… like always! Everything she made was from scratch (maybe she even churned the butter) and she even decorated the table as if it were going in a magazine. Sorry mom, I guess you’ll just have to settle for this blog!

We had the whole crew there and between eating everything in sight, you could easily hear the sounds of loved ones playing cards or plenty of football fans cheering on the television. We even took some time to take our NOW ANNUAL family photos! They love that their daughter/granddaughter/sister is a photographer…or at least I keep telling myself that. OH and they even loved me more when I sent out an email requesting that everyone wore “Peacock” colors. Yeah. They got a kick out of that!

Here is a little taste of our Thanksgiving this year and I hope you got to spend it with your loved ones!
